DAY 1- SATURDAY, MAY 7TH

Welcome to Croatia

Fly into Zagreb airport.

A personal assistant will wait for you at the exit gate. Private transfer to your hotel in Zagreb. Private Local guide will be at your service to take you for a walk to see the most important monuments of the old town of Zagreb, including: Kaptol cathedral, Stone Gate, St Mark's square, St Mark's church, Government palace, parliament, Lotrščak tower. Find out why the Funicular ride is kept a secret, and why it is so special to the locals. This evening, enjoy a welcome dinner with wine. Meet your local manager and guide who will discuss details of your exciting itinerary.

DAY 2 - SUNDAY, MAY 8TH

Croatian Zagorje Region

Breakfast at your hotel.

Today you will visit Hrvatsko Zagorje region. Distance app 1hr. from Zagreb. This region is incredibly famous for its excellent traditional food so you will have an authentic experience. We prepared a cooking class for you. At one of our favourite places in Zagorje you will learn how to prepare a traditional Zagorski dish. Of course, you will try what you prepare. Wine tasting here in this region is a must. After beautiful day at countryside and great food, drive back to Zagreb where you will enjoy rest of the day at leisure

DAY 3 - MONDAY, MAY 9TH

Farewell Zagreb, Hello Istria

Breakfast and check out.

Transfer to Istria- the heaven of truffles, olive oil, and great wines. And of course, you will have the opportunity to try it all while you are staying here. Throughout Istria tour you will learn about history, culture, customs and how locals live. Rovinj and Bale village today will be our choice for you to see. Rovinj is the town where you will spend 2 nights. Upon arrival, check-in, and some free time for you. Dinner on your own in a local restaurant. (We can recommend where and make a reservation for you).

DAY 4 - TUESDAY, MAY 10TH 

ISTRIA, POREČ, AND MOTOVUN

Breakfast at your hotel.

Today you will continue to explore gems of Istria accompanied by your full-day private local guide. On the way, you will try Istrian delights- truffles and olive oil, and some liquor like Medica or Biska. Shopping time From Rovinj, you will continue to Poreč – Old town, Euphrasia's Basilica, Great temple, etc. After Poreč, you will proceed to Motovun, the medieval village where you will have lunch and cooking class in a domestic agritourism village, known for traditional delights of Istria. DAY 5 - WEDNESDAY, MAY 11TH

Istria to Plitvice lakes, and Split

Breakfast and check out.

Drive from Istria to the most beautiful National park Plitvice lakes. On the way you will stop for refreshments. 16 beautiful lakes divided on two parts, lower and upper lakes. Park is under UNESCO protection. You cannot say that you have been to Croatia if you did not visit this park. Here you will have a local private guide, an expert who will take you on the adventure of Plitvice lakes. It will be a light hike tour. Please wear comfortable walking shoes. After light hiking, we suggest lunch in a local restaurant near Plitvice lakes. Transfer to Split Free evening in Split Dinner on your own. (we can recommend where and make a reservation for you)

DAY 6 - THURSDAY, MAY 12TH

Split, Ston Bay, and Dubrovnik

In the ferry port a private boat waits for you. Today you will experience an adventure at sea. 

The Romans loved Mali Ston oysters, Anthony Bourdain devoured sumptuous oysters, and Franz Josef, the former Austrian Emperor, was known to have boxes shipped over to Austria from the area. This area is known for its salt beds and clean water. These are two most important ingredients for the best tasty oysters. The Neretva River, which flows into the Adriatic, also infuses the oysters with tasty minerals. Sailing in a boat you will enjoy the untouched natural beauty of the protected ecosystem of Mali Ston bay. The entire experience also has an educational character since the owner of the farm will gladly share his knowledge about the process of cultivating oysters. You will enjoy tasting world-famous oysters, just taken out of the sea, on a floating dock in the middle of the oyster farm, accompanied with wine.

Afterwards, continue cruising to Dubrovnik.  Check into hotel and evening at leisure. (We can recommend where and make a dinner reservation for you)

DAY 7 - FRIDAY, MAY 13TH

Dubrovnik Adriatic Pearl, and traditional dinner in a local village

Transfer to Pile Gate so you can meet your local private guide for a walking tour of Old Town and Stradun Promenade, Orlando Statue, Rector’s Palace, the oldest pharmacy of Europe, Time Tower, and Franciscan Monastery.

Free time for lunch and shopping.

After free time adventure waits for you. Sea kayak around the city walls with the local guide, or alternatively you can explore the hidden corners of this historic town at leisure for local treasures for family and friends. Afterwards, transfer back to hotel. Free time before dinner.

Later this evening, an amazing dinner event awaits you. Transfer to a local village for dinner, where your host will prepare for you a special dish, slowly cooked under the iron bell, it is an old traditional way of cooking. Followed with rožata cream cake and some domestic wine. Folklore dance Lindo, and some other customs you will learn this evening at family Laptalo, a true Dalmatian traditional household.

DAY 8 - SATURDAY, MAY 14TH

Farewell From Dubrovnik

Breakfast at your hotel.

Depend on your flight details, we will arrange a private transfer to the airport and private assistant for you. Fly out of Dubrovnik airport!
