"We met our travel agent, Eloise Foley, for the first time, just two weeks before we hoped to take our daughter to Paris for her 18th birthday. We realized it was going to be a difficult task to prepare a trip in such a short time frame and within our budget. Eloise was Spectacular! She spent several hours with us the first visit, just getting an idea from our daughter regarding what she wanted to see and experience. Her schedule was very busy at the time, but she always made time for us, even calling us at 8:30 p.m. one evening to discuss some final details. When the original plan was given to us, it was a little above our budget, and Eloise was so understanding and did not make us feel uncomfortable for asking for some revisions. When we visited her office for the final review and to obtain the itinerary, there were a couple of things we needed to revise. We ended up spending over 3 hours with Eloise, leaving at approx. 8 p.m. in the evening. She never seemed frustrated that she was working so late and continually reassured us that we were going to have an amazing trip. The trip was AMAZING, and our family felt it was because of all the work Eloise had put into every little detail. We saw twice as much of Paris in half of the time, thanks to Eloise. There wasn't a day that went by, while in Paris, that we didn't say "Thank You Eloise". For my daughter's birthday, Eloise scheduled a river cruise that could not have been more perfect and memorable. Eloise not only provided excellent customer service, but was so authentic with us and we truly felt she cared about us and wanted our trip to be the best. I have already shared my story so many times, more about Eloise, than about Paris, because Eloise's work ethic, positive attitude and constant focus on providing superior customer service is what made our trip to Paris everything we could have possibly asked for and more."

"Our agent Eloise Foley provided exceptional customer service in planning our cruise to Greece/Turkey/Croatia on the new Princess ship Regal Princess last week. We had a wonderful time and she got us the best value for air/hotel/transfer/insurance package. The hotel pre-trip in Athens was centrally located near all of the restaurants and historical sites, the transfers were flawless and the ship was magnificent! Belle Mead Vacations even provided a nice gift of dinner in one of the specialty restaurants on board. Would use again for future travel needs abroad."
